Ignited Minds in Los Angeles has promoted Lydia Estrada from media director to vice president of media services, Jean Powell from director of event management to vice president of event management and Magnus Morgan from senior account executive to account manager. The shop also added Matt Winslow as business development manager and Kristina Bartoccini as account manager. Winslow was previously with The Ballpark in Santa Monica, Calif., where he held a similar position. Bartoccini’s previous experience includes stints at Ogilvy & Mather and Publicis, both in New York.
