NEW YORK Jennifer Friedberg, senior vice president of business development and marketing at IconNicholson, has left the interactive shop to become The Sloan Group’s first general manager.

In the new post, Friedberg will help oversee operations, business development, client services, account management, strategic planning, production, database marketing and media.

She joins the New York-based Interpublic Group shop after nearly six years at IconNicholson, the New York office of IconMedialab, where she developed and maintained relationships with clients like The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and MasterCard International.
