NEW YORK The Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Hispanic Committee is sending out requests for proposals to 20 Hispanic and general-market shops this week for a pro-bono assignment.

The committee last month decided to enlist agency help to get more advertisers to target Latinos online [Adweek, Jan. 26].

The committee is looking for an agency to handle creative and media for a campaign that will “position the interactive advertising space as a vital medium within the Hispanic advertising market,” according to the RFP.
