ATLANTA The Martin Agency said it has promoted executive producer Steve Humble to senior vice president and director of broadcast production.

Effective Aug. 1, Humble will replace John Noble Jr., who will join Element 79 Partners in Chicago as senior vice president and director of broadcast production.

Humble arrived at the Richmond, Va., Interpublic Group shop as a senior producer in 1999. Previously, he was at Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago, where he worked on the Coors Light, Kraft and Gatorade accounts.

At Martin, he has overseen production on UPS Brand, UPS Nascar, Vanilla Coke, Ping, Geico and, most recently, UPS/Mailboxes Etc.

Noble's exit follows a handful of agency departures in the wake of Martin's loss of Alltel's creative account in April. The shop retained the media portion of the $70 million business.
