ATLANTA Adair-Greene said it has been named agency of record for Hoya Vision Care following a review including undisclosed shops.
The Atlanta shop will create advertising and perform media planning and buying for the Lewisville, Texas-based client. Mark Perlotto, agency executive vice president and general manager, said that upcoming work would focus on strengthening Hoya's corporate and brand identity while increasing product sales and laboratory services volume.
"Our goal is to position Hoya to dominate the market for quality multi-focal prescription glasses," Perlotto said.
Hoya Vision Care, the North American subsidiary of Hoya Worldwide in Japan, has 16 lab locations in cities such as Atlanta, St. Louis, Dallas and Chicago. The company employs 1,200 people in the U.S. and has global revenues of more than $2 billion, the shop said.
The campaign is still in development, but the initial ads and collateral materials are expected to launch early in the second quarter, according to the agency. Annual billings were not disclosed.
