Special effects star in Prime Hospitality Corp.’s first television campaign for its AmeriSuites chain. “Don’t Downside. AmeriSize” is the tagline for a single 30-second spot that shows dreary hotel rooms morphing into comfortable suites.

Created by Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown, the commercial broke last week on CNN, Headline News, TNT, Fox Sports, Comedy Central and the History Channel.

The spot shows a hotel room morphing into a suite, a desk into a home office and a continental breakfast into a buffet.
