Jeff Housenbold, vice president of business development and Internet marketing at eBay, has joined the board of directors of inQ, a Van Nuys, Calif.-based developer of online post-transaction live chat applications. Housenbold has been at eBay for three years, and previously held executive positions at AltaVista, Raging Bull, Winstar and Accenture’s media and entertainment group.
