Incumbent Retains FL&P's Broadcast Media

ATLANTA—Beber Silverstein Group has retained the broadcast media portion of Florida Power & Light's $6 million advertising account. The Miami agency bested WPP Group's Mindshare in Atlanta and Grey's MediaCom in New York, according to sources. FL&P is headquartered in Miami.

Mullen Breaks Holiday TV for T.J. Maxx

NEW YORK—T.J. Maxx will extend its "You should go" campaign into the holidays with the debut of two humorous 30-second television spots next week. The commercials will air on national cable stations and spot network TV in select markets. Last year's "Competition" spot will run in rotation with the new creative. Campaign spending was not disclosed. Mullen of Winston-Salem, N.C., handles.

Images USA Picks Up Marketing Projects

ATLANTA—The Coca-Cola Co. has hired Images USA to develop promotional tours benefiting historically black colleges and universities. The Atlanta shop has also acquired marketing assignments for CompuCredit Corp., a new Habitat for Humanity project and an African American direct-marketing campaign for Aspire Visa. The latter client, in Atlanta, markets branded credits cards. Images USA will also create print advertising and trade show collateral for the American Institute for Managing Diversity, a nonprofit organization in Atlanta. Billings are undisclosed.

McKinney Falls Short in Lexmark Review

CHICAGO—LB Works has won the review for Lexmark's $10-15 million account, sources said. The Chicago agency defeated Fallon's New York office and McKinney & Silver in Raleigh, N.C., for the business of the Lexington, Ky.-based computer printer maker. The company previously worked with the Ocean Group in New York.

The endorsement deal was arranged through On the Ball Sports Marketing in Weston, Fla. ... The Richmond, Va., agency will develop marketing and advertising campaigns for the Carrollton, Ga., healthcare specialist.
