Prosecutors to Ramp Up Color Wheel Charges

NEW YORK—Federal prosecutors said last week they are planning new, unspecified charges against some of the five defendants in the Grey Advertising/Color Wheel case. The defendants are Color Wheel and its owner, Haluk Ergulec, former Color Wheel print-services salesman Birj Deckmejian, former Quality House of Graphics print-services salesman John Ghianni, and the former head of Grey’s print services Mitch Mosallem. All pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors also said they are in plea negotiations with one or more defendants.
