CDC, Agencies Craft $40 Mil. Cross-Platform Deal

NEW YORK—The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, along with its Publicis Groupe agency partners Saatchi & Saatchi, Frankel and Publicis Dialog, unveiled plans for five media-partnership deals for its Youth Media Campaign. The deals with AOL/Time Warner, Viacom, ABC-Disney, Gruner + Jahr and Primedia are worth approximately $40 million. The CDC’s media budget is $50 million annually. The Youth Media Campaign promotes health to kids.
