The Martin Agency Tapped for Vanilla Coke Campaign

LOS ANGELES—The Coca-Cola Co. has selected Interpublic Group’s The Martin Agency, Richmond, Va., for a branding assignment for its new Vanilla Coke flavored soda, which hits shelves this week. The Coke roster shop will create a national effort to break in early summer. The budget for Vanilla Coke was unavailable, but the advertiser hasn’t spent anything on media for its other flavored-cola product, Cherry Coke, since 1998, when it spent $2 million, according to CMR.
