Mosallem Hearing Postponed

NEW YORK—A U.S. magistrate has ordered Mitch Mosallem’s hearing rescheduled to May 22, sources said. Mosallem, the former head of print production at Grey in New York, is charged with mail fraud in connection with allegedly inflated billings on the production of print ads for some of the agency’s clients. Mosallem’s original hearing was scheduled for April 22, but he had been given permission to travel outside the U.S. from April 3-23, and so the defense and Justice Department prosecutors asked for a 30-day continuance in the case, a source said.
