Citizens Bank Set to Name Rapp Collins for Direct

BOSTON—Citizens Bank is expected to name Rapp Collins for a wide-ranging, $5-10 million direct marketing assignment, according to sources. On Friday, the client’s executive vp of marketing, Theresa McLaughlin, declined to confirm the New York shop’s selection but said, “Rapp Collins is certainly in the lead.” Arnold, Boston, Citizens’ lead media agency, and the Syracuse, N.Y.-based incumbent, Sigma Marketing Group, have been participating in the review, but it is unclear whether either agency has reached the final round.
