$175 Mil. Hershey Media Review Under Way

LOS ANGELES—Hershey Food Corp. has kicked off the review for its $175 million U.S. media account, sources said. The confection marketer, which has been preparing a search for some time [Adweek, Feb. 11], has sent RFIs to its two incumbents and other undisclosed media agencies. Omnicom’s OMD and WPP Group’s MindShare, both New York, handle Hershey media. The review is expected to take a month, with a decision in late April or early May.
