Time Warner Cable Division Picks Jennings

ATLANTA—Jennings & Company has won the account of Time Warner Cable’s Raleigh division. The Chapel Hill, N.C., shop topped Howard, Merrell & Partners and The Tate Agency, both in Raleigh, N.C., in a review. Billings are estimated at $2-3 million. Jennings will produce print, broadcast and direct marketing campaigns promoting TWC’s Road Runner online and digital cable services. The agency will also launch News 14 Carolina, a 24-hour news channel service.
