FCB Cuts 10 Percent of Staff; Kessler to Hill, Holliday

NEW YORK—David Kessler, who joined Foote, Cone & Beld ing in September 2000 as evp, worldwide account director on AT&T, is joining Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in New York this week as managing director, the latter agency confirmed. The move comes two months after FCB lost the estimated $400 million AT&T Wireless account following a review won by Ogilvy & Mather. Separately, on Friday FCB said it was laying off staff across all disciplines as a result of the loss.
