Publicis Builds Latino Network

ATLANTA—Moving to tap an exploding market, Publicis has acquired interests in Hispanic marketing firms Sanchez & Levitan and Siboney USA. The French network purchased the Dallas and Los Angeles offices of Siboney USA and a 49 percent stake in Miami’s Sanchez & Levitan. The two shops will be combined into a new entity, Publicis Sanchez & Levitan. Hispanic consumers, which now number 85 million, are the fastest-growing minority group in the U.S.,
