Bell Atlantic Delays Media Decision
BOSTON--Bell Atlantic last week failed to name a winner in its long-running review to consolidate its $125 million media account. A decision had been expected June 1. A client representative said the company was still in the process of evaluating contenders, which are Arnold Communications in Boston, pitching with DraftWorldwide in New York; Zenith Media, pitching with Media Direct Partners; TBWA Chiat/Day; and TN Media, all in New York.

Haggman, OGBE Claim Victories
BOSTON--DiScenza Diamonds late last week assigned its ad account to Haggman in Manchester, Mass. The decision by the Boston-based jewelry retailer followed a review that included Pagano Schenck & Kay and Greenberg, Seronick, O'Leary & Partners, both in Boston. There was no incumbent on the account, worth $1 million or less in annual billings. Separately, OGBE Communications in Manchester, N.H., has retained ad duties for all Tri-State Lotto Commission products sold in New Hampshire. Harpell/Martins & Co. in Maynard, Mass., was runner-up for the assignment.

Keyport Breaks National Print Effort
BOSTON--Keyport Life Insurance Co. has launched a national print campaign with the theme, "A certain future." Ads, which highlight the Boston client's track record for providing effective retirement savings vehicles, are running in American Banker, Bank Investment Marketing, Bank Securities Journal and Registered Representative. The campaign was created by New York-based Siegel & Gale.

Deckers Gives Teva to Odiorne
SAN FRANCISCO--Deckers Outdoor Corp. has awarded the estimated $3-5 million creative and media account for its Teva sports sandals to Odiorne Wilde Narraway & Partners in San Francisco. The decision follows a review that included BBDO West in Los Angeles, Black Rocket in San Francisco and Cohn Godley Norwood in Boston. Cohn Godley handles advertising for the client's Simple and Ugg footwear brands. The Goleta, Calif.-based company has not decided whether to keep those assignments at Cohn Godley or move them to Odiorne, sources said.

Mullen Unveils Campari Campaign
BOSTON--United Distillers & Vintners in Fort Lee, N.J., last week launched a $4 million campaign for Campari aperitif from Mullen in Wenham, Mass. Billboards in Chicago, Miami, New York and San Francisco feature nude models painted red, the color of Campari.

Berenson, Isham to Help Save the Bay
BOSTON--Direct marketing firm Berenson, Isham & Partners here will donate its service to Save the Harbor/Save the Bay, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cleaning the Boston Harbor. Berenson will create both TV and radio public service announcements and assist with fundraising and public outreach campaigns.
