Mediasmith Adds Space.com, Luckysurf.com

SAN FRANCISCO—Interactive shop Mediasmith’s 3-month-old New York office has its first client, Space.com. The New York-based multimedia company, which focuses on all things celestial, handed its estimated $15-20 million online and traditional media planning and buying account to the agency following a national review of undisclosed shops. Separately, Media smith’s Bay Area headquarters was selected to handle the estimated $3-5 million online planning and buying account of LuckySurf.com, the Burlingame, Calif.-based Internet lottery site.
