Grey Consolidates Pharmacia & Upjohn Media
NEW YORK–Grey Advertising here has won the estimated $125 million consolidated media buying account for Pharmacia & Upjohn following a review. Grey bested New York roster shops BBDO and SFM Media. Grey, which already handles the over-the-counter buying duties for the Kalamazoo, Mich.-based company, will also do media buying for direct-to-consumer products, which had been done by BBDO. The brand agencies will retain media planning duties.
