Long Haymes Carr Breaks Hanes Ads
ATLANTA–NBC sportscaster Ahmad Rashad and ESPN’s Roy Firestone appear in two of three TV spots introducing Hanes’ Michael Jordan Collection of underwear. Long Haymes Carr in Winston-Salem, N.C., developed the campaign, which breaks today on cable TV networks including ESPN and MTV. Rashad and Firestone are shown wearing suit jackets and no pants, revealing their Michael Jordan boxers. A third spot compares Jordan to several designers including “Calvin,” who “can’t crossover dribble.”
