MCCANN AND FITZGERALD DEAL IN THE WORKS
ATLANTA-According to agency sources, the offices of McCann-Erickson and Fitzgerald & Co. here are discussing a merger/acquisition deal. McCann executive vice president and general manager Clisby Clarke and Fitzgerald president Dave Fitzgerald could not be reached for comment. McCann’s Atlanta office bills $90 million from clients including AFLAC Assurance Co., CARE and Coca-Cola. Fitzgerald bills about $49 million and lists AirTouch Cellular, Jerzees Apparel and the Tennessee Valley Authority as clients.
JAFFE APPOINTED EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CLIOS
