3 Shops to Revisit Tourism
CHICAGO–Illinois Tourism’s $12 million review has been narrowed to three finalists. BBDO, J. Walter Thompson and incumbent Foote, Cone & Belding, all Chicago, will make final presentations in mid-December, with a decision expected by Dec. 31, according to a representative with the state agency. Cut from the competition were DraftWorldwide and Euro RSCG Tatham, both Chicago. The tourism account has been at FCB since 1994. The agency’s work carries the tagline: “Illinois: A million miles from Monday.”
