LOS ANGELES–TBWA\Chiat\Day, Playa del Rey, Calif., won the Grand Effie at the 2000 Effie Awards for its “Think different” campaign for Apple Computer. It was the second year in a row the agency has won the top honor, taking it in 1999 for its dogged work on the Taco Bell account. In all, 21 Effies were given to Western agencies.
