ATLANTA–No Nonsense panty hose is holding a review for its long dormant account, sources said. A $9 million fourth-quarter push is planned, with a subsequent annual budget of $15 million. The Martin Agency, Richmond, Va., and McKinney & Silver, Raleigh, N.C., remain in the review for the Greensboro, N.C.-based account, sources said. A decision is expected by March.
