Hill, Holliday Lands iSKY Account
BOSTON--A developer of customer-loyalty programs in Columbia, Md., has tapped Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston for an integrated assignment. Sky Alland, which last week changed its name to iSKY, tapped the Boston shop after a review conducted by Miller Consulting Group, also of Boston, according to a company representative. Billings were not disclosed. Shandwick in Baltimore, Md., was the incumbent, according to an iSKY representative.

Andover Bank Launches Search
BOSTON--Andover Bank is mulling an initial list of about six undisclosed regional shops in an effort to replace outgoing incumbent Gearon Hoffman. The Boston agency is parting ways with Andover Bank after picking up New England marketing chores for Sovereign Bank, which will launch locally in the spring. An Andover Bank official said the bank hopes to pare the list of agencies and assign a creative project this week. Annual ad spending for the bank, which has about 20 branches in suburban Boston, is believed to be $1 million or less.

Mullen Executive Joins Staples
BOSTON--Alexis Denicke has left her post as creative supervisor of Mullen's interactive group to lead the creative team within Staples' in-house ad agency. As vice president/creative director, Denicke will report to Judy Shapiro, vice president of corporate advertising at the Framingham, Mass., retailer. The in-house agency has 70 staff members serving Staples and Staples.com; the company plans to add 35 more in the next few months. Mullen is searching for a senior creative executive to take Denicke's place.

Hauptman & Partners Starts High-Tech PR Group
BOSTON--Hauptman & Partners of Portland, Maine, has formed a four-person technology public relations division. The group is led by Colleen Coxe, a former Brodeur Worldwide staffer who joined the agency more than a year ago. The division is fully integrated into the 14-member agency with access to its design, advertising and interactive services. As the group organized in the past two months, it picked up five new clients: the Camden Technology Conference, Log On America, the Maine Software Developers Association, VirtualU and Common Census.

Lisaius Marketing Acquires Brick House
BOSTON--Lisaius Marketing has acquired Brick House
Creative and moved into that agency's offices in Burlington, Vt. Cristine Hammer, a seven-year Lisaius staffer, has been named executive director, and former Brick House owner David Speidel is now creative director. Both design agencies are keeping their current names for now. Together, they have 13 employees and work for a range of clients, including PolyGram Video and IBM.
