D.C. Lottery Postpones Agency Decision
ATLANTA–The three Washington, D.C., agencies awaiting a decision from the D.C. Lottery since final presentations four months ago will continue waiting until Jan. 2, according to sources. AbramsonEhrlichManes, MDB Communications and Goldberg.Marchesano.Partners pitched the $1-3 million account last May. The troubled lottery–which has watched sales slide, executive directors come and go, and the suspension of two officials–has hired a consultant to review management, per published reports. Interim lottery head Jalal Green did not return calls at press time.
