Midwest Airline Talks to Southeast Shops

CHICAGO—Two Southeast agencies are pursuing America Trans Air’s estimated $10 million account, according to sources. WestWayne’s Tampa, Fla., office and Doe-Anderson Advertising & Public Relations, Louisville, Ky., are competing with Bozell, J. Walter Thompson and Grant/Jacoby, all of Chicago, for the Indianapolis-based airline’s business. The review is being conducted by Jones-Lundin Associates of Chicago.

Atlanta Tourism Business Goes Into Review

ATLANTA—The Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau has issued 12 requests for proposals for its $1 million annual account, said Carey Rountree, executive vice president of sales and marketing.
