NEW YORK—Two New York shops are pitching the estimated $40-50 million account of The Vanguard Group: Deutsch and Young & Rubicam, sources said. Both agencies were scheduled to pitch last Friday, according to sources. A third agency, DDB in New York, has been cut, said sources.
