ATLANTA-Long Haymes Carr has pulled out of the $5-6 million review being conducted by Cooper Tire. The Winston-Salem, N.C., shop said it needed to focus resources that were being devoted to pitch the Findlay, Ohio, company on existing clients and project work opportunities.
