BBDO Chicago Wins Beefeater, Potato Reviews
DETROIT–Allied Domecq awarded creative duties on its $5-10 million Beefeater gin account to BBDO Chicago after a review that also included Publicis & Hal Riney, San Francisco, and New York shops Bates USA, Cliff Freeman and Partners, DeVito/Verdi, Lois/EJL and Weiss Stagliano Partners. Mezzina/Brown, New York, resigned the account. Zenith Media, New York, handles Allied’s buying. Separately, the National Potato Board in Denver assigned BBDO Chicago its $5-7 million account.
