Horizon Names Hartman Western VP

LOS ANGELES Independent Horizon Media has tapped Cole Hartman to fill the role of Western region vice president, business development, the agency said.

Based in Horizon’s Los Angeles office, Hartman, 33, fills a position previously held by Jerry Klein, who left last year to join Milner Butcher Media Group, Los Angeles. Focusing on client development strategies, Hartman will work closely with Western region executive vice president, general manager Zachary Rosenberg.

“Cole will bring added firepower and further momentum to our business development efforts,” said Rosenberg, whose professional history with Hartman spans almost a decade.
