Horizon Media’s new-business fortunes were rosy on both coasts last week. The agency’s Los Angeles office won media duties for steakhouse chain Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus, while New York headquarters picked up weight-loss marketer Nutri-System.

Combined, the billings on the two accounts are an estimated $50 million. The assignments were given following separate media reviews.

Black Angus, which operates 103 restaurants in 13 Western and Midwestern states, considered several other undisclosed West Coast shops before handing Horizon its estimated $10 million account.
