Blattner Brunner in Pittsburgh is poised to acquire Egan/St. James, which was acquired just eight months ago by EPB Communications.
Michael Brunner, Blattner Brunner’s president and chief operating officer, confirmed his company is in talks to buy the crosstown agency and said that a deal could be completed by the end of the month.
Blattner Brunner a year ago was interested in purchasing what was then Ketchum Communications, but Ketchum’s executives chose to take a deal from EPB, New York.
