INDIANAPOLIS – While it lacks the marketing arsenal of Sara Lee’s Champion brand, sports apparel maker Logo 7 still intends to make a bigger name for itself.
The company last week named Hoffman, York & Compton/Milwaukee to handle its $3-million ad account after a creative shootout with agencies on both the West and East Coast.
As a result, Hoffman, York will open a one-person service office in the Indianapolis area to handle the day-to-day business. Creative will be handled out of its Milwaukee office, said creative head Tom Jordan.
‘They are in stores now, but they really haven’t made a name for themselves,’ Jordan said.
