Bruce Hoelzl, 42, has progressed to executive vice president at catalyst, an integrated marketing firm based in Fairfield, Conn. Hoelzl was formerly senior vice president at the firm, in charge of the Fuji Film, Ocean Spray and Polar Electro accounts. He will now assume business development responsibilities as well. Hoelzl has worked for the firm for nearly five years.
