Steve Bautista and Jim Hagar, who combined to form the second tier of creative management at Holland Mark Edmund Ingalls here, have resigned for posts at two larger agencies.
Bautista has been named group creative director at Arnold Communications, Boston. “I love that guy,” said Arnold chief creative officer Ron Lawner. “We will be building a group around him.” Clients that Bautista will work on have not been defined. At Holland Mark, his assignments included Citizens Bank and Dreyfus.
Hagar, a copywriter who joined Holland Mark about a year ago, prior to its buyout of crosstown rival Ingalls, has signed on at Mullen, Wenham, Mass.,
