Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos is seeking a new leader for its 50-person creative department here, sources said last week. Marty Donohue, who has held that job since January 2002, is aware of the search, said sources. Shop senior management is frustrated by the IPG agency's inability to generate new business and will look to a seasoned cd, preferably from the New York market, to jump-start momentum, sources said.
