Assignments from current and new clients have led to a reorganization of the small but growing creative department at Hill, Holliday Direct here.
Chris Costello, who was promoted to vice president and creative director, has recruited former creative partner David Squibb as vice president and design director. Squibb had been an associate creative director at crosstown rival Arnold Direct.
Costello and Squibb worked together at Bronner Slosberg Humphrey. Both left the Boston-based direct marketing firm last fall.
“I’ve always admired [Squibb’s] work and his theories on what works,” Costello said.
