Kolar Advertising & Marketing has appointed David Henke to the new position of executive creative director following a six-month search.
Henke joins the Austin, Texas, shop from Ayer (formerly N.W. Ayer & Partners) in New York, where he was executive vice president and group creative director. Among the accounts he worked on: General Motors, Old El Paso and U.S. West.
He also has been executive creative director at Temerlin McClain in Irving, Texas, and group creative director at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in St.
