NEW YORK — As Cordiant Communications Group reported a first-half revenue decline of nearly ten percent, the British holding company said Friday that it plans to combine four of its units to form one entity with one profit-and-loss center. Steering the effort will be Bates Worldwide chairman and CEO David Hearn, who Friday after five months on the job was named the successor to Michael Bungey, CCG’s CEO who is expected to step down in March.
