ConAgra has moved its estimated $35 million Healthy Choice creative account from Grey's Earl Grey unit to Leo Burnett, Chicago, according to a client rep. Media planning and buying duties remain at Grey's MediaCom. Grey has handled Unilever's Slim Fast products since 1987, and Unilever's expansion into food could conflict with Healthy Choice, sources said.
