HealthStar Advertising in Woodbridge, N.J., has assigned Adrienne J. Zajac to the position of account executive, bringing the agency’s staff count to 85. She will report to Henry Kirsch, vice president, account group supervisor. Zajac will be responsible for the Pfizer and Novartis consumer healthcare accounts. Before joining HealthStar, Zajac was at Natrel Communications in Parsippany, N.J., as an assistant account executive. She started out in pharmaceutical marketing as a sales rep for Dexel Pharma in Edison, N.J.
