LOS ANGELES Steve Patterson has been named vice president of account service at independent Heil-Brice Retail Advertising, the agency said.
Patterson joins the Newport Beach, Calif., agency from neighboring WPP Group shop Young & Rubicam Brands, where he was svp on Jaguar, which has since left Y&R.
Patterson will be key to HBRA's new business development, said Hal Brice, CEO. "His vast brand integration experience and demonstration of strategic thinking make him a great asset to our agency," he said.

HBRA handles Ralphs and Food4Less grocery chains, the Los Angeles Times and Piccadilly restaurants, among other clients.
