Heil-Brice Retail Advertising in Newport Beach, Calif., has named Joni Parenti senior art director and Derek Feramisco account director. Parenti’s responsibilities include visual design, creative strategy, layout and copy development for integrated retail-marketing programs. She formerly was at The Larson Group, where she worked on fashion-retail and homebuilding clients.
