Paris-based Havas said on Thursday that it returned to positive organic growth during the first quarter, notching $422 million in revenue, up about 1 percent compared with the year-earlier period. (In the fourth quarter, organic growth was down nearly 4 percent.) The holding company said net new business in Q1 was nearly $520 million.
