Havas board members last week asked shareholder Vincent Bolloré to clarify his intent before they will consider his request to create a new supervisory board at the Paris holding company. Bolloré, who now owns 20 percent of Havas, has not yet responded to the company’s latest request for clarification. At a Dec. 1 board meeting, Havas directors also voiced “unanimous total support” of CEO Alain de Pouzilhac, the company said.
