CHICAGO Harris Bank is set to award its $10 million advertising account to Omnicom Group’s Element 79 after a review, sources said.

The Chicago agency bested four other local shops for the business: incumbent Arnold (which pitched with Havas sister agency Euro RSCG), WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather and independent agency Two by Four, according to sources. Arnold has held the business since 1997.

Agency executives either could not be reached or referred calls to the client.
