ATLANTA-The Hard Rock Cafe is evaluating two agencies for a $4-6 million U.S. image assignment that could include media duties, said HRC vice president of marketing Dave Gust.
The rock ‘n’ roll-themed restaurant company based in Orlando, Fla., is hearing final presentations from Fountainhead Advertising, Atlanta, and Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore. Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco declined an invitation to pitch. A decision is expected in June. HRC currently creates ads in-house.
Fountainhead has been a “creative resource” for the client before, said agency principal Doug Warner.
