Tim Hall has been named vice president and general manager of Innerwest Advertising & Public Relations in Reno, Nev. Hall has more than 10 years of experience with San Francisco shops DDB and Foote Cone & Belding, and has worked with clients including Clorox, Coors, Pillsbury and Pacific Bell. He also was an account director at Grant, Scott & Hurley in San Francisco, where he led the Bell Helmet "Courage for your head" campaign, and also worked on PG&E and California Pizza Kitchen.
